		Currently competing with Simon Hipgrave for the number one keepers cap, Amir has had a big impact on the team since joining late in 2005. Having been introduced to water polo in his native Iran, Amir played for his local team Tehran for four years before coming to the UK. Always prepared to help out whether in the water or on poolside Amir’s enthusiasm is very much appreciated.
