Simon Pates
		Simon has played polo for over 25 years having started his playing career as a junior with Canterbury. Having played for Canterbury at regional and national level for 15 years Simon left and decided to play with Otter for 3 seasons before joining Ealing many years ago. In 2004 Simon was elected Club Captain and led Ealing through its most successful period ever. With increasing work and family commitments Simon has decided stand down as Captain for 2007. While no longer Captain, Simon has put his focus on training/coaching the team on top of still playing himself.
