Rumen Kurtev
		Rumen joined Ealing in the winter of 2004 and has since played an integral role in the teams meteoric success. A quick, versatile and visionary player, Rumen has played water polo at national level in his homeland of Greece for Kavala for over six years. Rumen has also competed at national level in Bulgaria with Arda for six years. Also since 2009, he has become the trainer/coach of the water polo juniors.
