		Linus was born and brought up in Kaunas where he played water polo for Dainava. Playing for Lithuania at both junior and senior level, Linus has experienced competition against international teams. A skilled pitman, Linus has the nickname rubber hand because of his exceptional ability to deceive even the most experienced of pit defenders.
